Line boring of bearing bores

Worldwide we are carrying out specialized work on engine plants and equipment up to a length of 11.000 mm and a diameter of 480 mm.

Before and after the line boring, the bearing bores are measured with our transportable laser equipment and, even at a length of 8 meters, the measuring accuracy is +/- 0.01 mm. With our demountable and transportable bearing bore precision boring machine, we are able to spindle at any location your engine might be.

For in-situ operations, Wulf Johannsen has developed transportable devices with which our mechanics are able to work on the spot, anywhere in the world.

Also in the area of grinding of supports our service technicians are able to work on the spot, anywhere in the world.
